Stand Up Paddle Yoga
Experience Yoga in a completely different setting! Our new Stand Up Paddle Yoga (SUP Yoga) classes feature a quick start stand up paddle lesson warmup combined with traditional yoga poses and routines followed by a cooldown paddle. Call weekly to reserve your space and wetsuit size. If you have your own wetsuit or stand up paddle board bring it along. Classes are 1 1/2 Hours long, which includes approximately 20 minute warm up paddle and 20 minute cool down paddle.
Our Teacher: Alex Westmore
Alex brings a great deal of experience to her classes, and a sincere love of yoga and how it has improved her life. She became certified through Yoga Works with John Gaydos and Kia Miller, attended a Kundalini teacher training at Golden Bridge with Krishna Kaur, and spent 6 weeks at The Omega Institute teaching yoga, taking classes in meditation and various healing energy work, and attended a Jivamukti immersion with David Life and Sharon Gannon.
