Return Policy

Poseidon SUP is happy to accept returns within 30 days of the original order date, if the merchandise isunopened, unworn, unwashed, tags attached and in it's original condition. All shipping costs for returns and exchanges, is the responsibility of the customer. A re-shipment fee of $10 will apply to all returns and exchanges, unless it's the error of Poseidon SUP in sending the wrong size, color or design. All returns that do not meet the returns policy, will be returned to the customer. Refunds and credits for returns will be applied with the original form of payment on the order. Please be sure to specify if it's a refund or exchange. If it's an exchange, please be sure to specify: size, quantity, color, design and name of the item for the exchange. If a refund is requested, please keep in mind all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Poseidon SUP will only refund the merchandise amount of the item returned, unless it's the error of Poseidon SUP.
